**The Maximum
charge represents the maximum charged if repairs can be made by our
Maintenance Department. It
is however, at times necessary to exceed the maximum charge if
damage is so extent that the hiring of a professional is required
for assistance in repairing damage.
In such a case, you would be responsible for the entire bill.
This would also be true of missing furniture; you would be
responsible for the replacement cost.
Normally there
are no charges less than $20.00.
All charges are determined by the extent of damage.
If you incur damages in any of the areas listed below
it will range between $20.00 and the amount listed under “Maximum
Charge”.
All damage and
cleaning charges will be distributed equally among all roommate(s)
unless it can be determined which occupant is responsible for the
damages.
